  • All levels morning class - In this class we cover the fundamental movements of the week, including drills& rolling to improve skills and fitness.
  • BJJ fundamentals (white belts) - This is our beginners’ class, focusing on the very basics to get you started in your BJJ journey or build your skills to progress to the advanced class.
  • No-Gi Fundamentals - During this class we focus on how we can use wrestling movements and adapt or techniques to be effective without the Gi. This class is open to all belts to allow development at all levels.
  • BJJ Advanced Gi - This class is for coloured belts or invited white belts to hone there base of techniques and develop strategies to use in rolls or competition.
  • Competition class - During this class we focus a lot on drills and intensity to build fitness and a better competition mindset. Requires prior knowledge of a variety of passing, takedowns and sweeps as coaches do not have time to teach these during the class.
  • Open Mat - There is no instruction during this session, this is an opportunity to roll, drill, come into the gym and do as much or as little as you want.

 

Please note: All public holidays (aside from Christmas day, Boxing day, New Years day and New Years day holiday) the classes are canceled and replaced by 12pm open mat. This open mat class is open to all club members, visitors and other local club members.
